Multi-Destination Counsellor

Mid-level Kathmandu, Nepal Full-time On-site

Conduct counselling sessions, support university applications, and collaborate with students and parents to guide them through their study abroad journey across multiple destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students
  • Provide career development assistance and academic guidance
  • Guide students through university selection, application, and visa processes
  • Stay updated on admission requirements and program trends for USA, UK, Australia, and Europe
  • Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and university partner teams
  • Mentor students throughout their entire study abroad journey

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad counselling
  • Knowledge of admissions processes for USA, UK, Australia, or Europe
  • Proficiency in career counselling methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with global education systems and trends
  • Fluency in English and Nepali
